Erica Lovett

Thought leader, strategist and community builder, Erica Lovett creates sustainable change around diversity, inclusion, and equity within the workplace. She is a passionate people person who supports the growth and development of individuals and brands, working with talent from early career to senior executives to strengthen employee experience and company culture.

Lovett is currently the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Cartier North America. In this newly created role, Lovett is responsible for developing and leading diversity & inclusion strategy, focusing on company culture, recruitment and retention, employee engagement and partnerships.

Prior to joining Cartier, Lovett held the position of Director, Inclusion & Diversity at Condé Nast. She joined the organization in 2016 to launch the first company-wide diversity program. In her role, she oversaw diversity strategy for Condé Nast’s US market, including 18 brands (Vogue, Teen Vogue, Glamour, Vanity Fair, GQ, WIRED, etc.), Condé Nast Entertainment (award-winning next gen production & distribution studio), and a global technology organization. Under her leadership, Condé Nast launched its employee resource group program, unconscious bias & global inclusion training, and a global diversity & inclusion employee council.
