She is Senior Executive Board member for AIJA in Afghanistan .Worked as a Media trainer and Producer with Institute for War and Peace Reporting IWPR) & Institute of Media and policy for Civil Society (IMPCS)She is BA in Journalism and now last year of Business Administration Mariam Privet University as well as women leader she has to know the management.. She got International Awards because of her courage risky job and profession including the International Press Freedom Award from Canadian Journalist for Free Expression (CJFE) in 2007 Canada Toronto Cit, the Courage in Journalism Award from International Women?s Media Foundation (IWMF) W/DC 2008, and the International Press Freedom Award from Committee to Protect Journalist ( CPJ) in New York Nov 2008
