Franklin Schargel

Franklin P. Schargel is an internationally recognized expert, keynote presenter, and training specialist on school dropout prevention, with a career that spans over three decades in education. He has served as a classroom teacher, school counselor, and school administrator, dedicating his professional life to enhancing educational outcomes. Schargel is the author of ten books, focusing on critical issues such as preventing school violence, dropout prevention, at-risk learners, leadership, and school culture.

Throughout his career, Schargel has worked tirelessly to implement improvement processes in schools.
