Fumi Abe is a Japanese-American stand-up comedian and writer based in Los Angeles. He was recently named Vulture’s Comedians You Should and Will Know in 2023 and was part of the 2023 Just For Laughs New Faces.
He has appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," and has written for "The Late Late Show with James Corden," NPR’s “Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me!”, the ESPYs, and “Wavelength,” a Comedy Central pilot.
Fumi has opened for national headliners such as Ronny Chieng, Ilana Glazer, and Hannah Berner. He currently produces and hosts "Cash Cuties," a super personal finance podcast where Abe analyzes his friends’ credit card statements and judges their spending habits - with love.
