Gaia Grant

Gaia Grant (PhD) is a renowned leadership consultant and keynote speaker specializing in innovation, leadership, and corporate culture. She is the co-founder of Tirian International and an associate adjunct faculty at the University of Sydney Business School in the Discipline of Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. Grant has developed key tools for fostering innovation, including the "Innovative Change Leader" Profile (iCLi) and "Polar Positioning" (PoP) tool. Her influential books include "The Innovation Race: How to change a culture to change the game" and "Who Killed Creativity?... And How Can We Get it Back?", among others.

In her extensive research, Grant focuses on sustainable innovation strategies and has presented her findings globally, including at prestigious forums like the Salesforce International Roadshow, Gartner Symposium, and Worktech International Conferences. She draws on data from interviews with over 70 global leaders and surveys of more than 1,000 respondents. She has also consulted for Fortune 500 companies and various not-for-profits worldwide on innovation and corporate culture.

She designs and lectures courses at the Work Integrated Learning Hub of the University of Sydney, focusing on future work cultures and sustainable business practices.
