In his twenty-five years as a marketer, strategist, and consultant, Gary Getz has collaborated with organizations to redefine the bases of competition in their industries, develop and launch new business ventures, and create new offerings to meet both articulated and unarticulated market needs. He has helped companies decrease customer acquisition costs, increase customer retention and profitability, and redefine channel, trade management, customer service, and promotion strategies. His consultancy practice has also focused on developing and implementing effective organizational designs. Blending customer- and technology-based approaches to innovation and growth, Getz focuses on helping companies liberate the value of strategic assets within their core businesses, as well as manage core and emerging or disruptive businesses simultaneously.
