He founded and built his commercial construction and real estate development company from $0 to 50 million dollars in only 7 years! For his accomplishments, Hedley received the nationally recognized “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from Ernst & Young.

To date, Hedley has built or developed over 500 projects valued at more than 750 million dollars, executed over 10,000 subcontracts, and has built, owned, developed, and managed over 3,500,000 square feet of commercial, office & industrial buildings.

Hedley’s expertise is based on his real-world experience: leading & managing great people, owning & running a profitable company, and getting things done.
