Gina Drosos

Gina Drosos is a prominent business executive renowned for her leadership in the retail and consumer goods sectors. She served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Signet Jewelers, the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, from 2017 until her retirement on November 4, 2024.

Before joining Signet, Drosos had a distinguished 25-year career at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she held various senior positions, including Group President of Global Beauty Care. In this role, she oversaw a $12 billion portfolio of well-known brands, demonstrating her expertise in branding, marketing, and consumer understanding.

Following her tenure at P&G, Drosos became the President and CEO of Assurex Health, a biotechnology startup specializing in genetic testing to predict patient responses to neuropsychiatric medications. Under her leadership, the company experienced significant growth, eventually being acquired by Myriad Genetics for $410 million.

Drosos joined Signet Jewelers' board as an independent director in 2012 and was appointed its CEO in August 2017, becoming the first woman to lead the company. During her tenure, she implemented the "Path to Brilliance" turnaround plan, focusing on transforming the company's culture, enhancing customer experience, and driving growth. Her leadership was marked by a commitment to innovation, data-driven decision-making, and empowering employees at all levels.

In addition to her corporate roles, Drosos has served on several boards, including Foot Locker and the United States Golf Association (USGA). Drosos holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
