Glenn is the founder of Awake Consulting & Coaching, an organization devoted to helping professionals wake up, and lead in the direction of excellence. The vision and passion he brings to Awake has shaped a team that brings un-paralleled professionalism and expertise to making a bottom line impact in the businesses and practices they serve. With a variety of resources Awake Consulting & Coaching has the ability to create a profitable business that serves clients, customers, staff, employees and owners with enjoyment and excellence.

Glenn worked with Atticus Practice Management Systems, (a leading training and development firm devoted to the legal profession) prior to starting Awake Consulting & Coaching. Glenn continues to function as a Sr. Practice Advisor with Atticus, coaching attorneys to market their firm, reduce the time consumed by the practice and reduce the stress in the practice. The experience of working with Attorneys, paired with his background in Organizational Development, has given Glenn a unique combination of education and experience that produces results for entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals. His skills in leadership, speaking and training have placed him in the position to work with a wide array of leaders and entrepreneurs across the country.

Glenn not only has studied the concepts and principles of great leadership and effective organizations, he has been a practitioner as well. For ten years he served as a Senior Pastor with churches in Southern California and Florida. In this setting the skills and character attributes necessary to develop disciplined talent, align limited resources, communicate a clear vision and mobilize a volunteer army were discovered and employed. It is the varied background that Glenn brings to the table that is his strength when working with individuals and organizations in any industry.

Glenn's humorous, insightful speaking style makes him a sought after keynote speaker and facilitator. He is certified by the New York, Texas, Florida and South Carolina Bar Associations for delivering Certified Legal Education in the areas of practice management, ethics and law firm leadership. He has facilitated strategic planning sessions with Orlando Utilities Commission, Valencia Institute, CNL, State Farm Insurance, Comair and a variety of professional service firms. His extensive use of stories, history, philosophy and understanding organizational dynamics creates an enjoyable learning environment, and the ability to apply truth from a variety of disciplines.

Glenn graduated with honors from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy. Following his undergraduate work Glenn received his Masters of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and an MA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Kentucky. Glenn has been an Adjunct Instructor for the University of Kentucky in the field of Philosophy and Azusa Pacific University's Business School's Leadership Development Program.

Glenn and his wife of nearly 22 years, Tami, are the parents of four children. In his personal life he is dedicated to pursuing a balance between professional excellence and personal vitality.
