Gloria Govan is best known for her appearances on "Basketball Wives" through its 3rd season. She has appeared in several unscripted television shows including "Chasing LA," "Home & Family," and "Fashion News Life." In addition, she has landed roles in movies like Chocolate City (2015) & Clean Ops the Chronicles of V (2012). Govan was also featured in Fight the Force (2018), a documentary highlighting historical things women have done.
Govan wrote and published her own cookbook “A Mixed Girls Favorite Recipe.”
She was an executive producer for "Comedy Dynamics: Uncontrolled Comedy." She was a host of the 20th Trumpet Awards and a spokesperson for the UFC brand.
Govan is a mother of two twin boys, Isaiah and Carter. Her Fiancé, Derek Fisher, is a former NBA player, former New York Knicks head coach, and is now the head coach Los Angeles Sparks. Together, they participate in philanthropic events.
