For more than 35 years, Dr. Gregory Neidert has been an organizational consultant, specializing in the science of social influence. His expertise lies in improving organizational and social dynamics to help shape workplace cultures that adapt seamlessly to changing internal and external demands. He works closely with management and employees, focusing on the ethical business applications of influence to enhance persuasive effectiveness.

Dr. Neidert holds a directorship with INFLUENCE AT WORK, an international consulting, strategic planning and training organization that emphasizes the Six Principles of Influence. He developed the Core Motives Model of Social Influence, which elucidates the conditions under which each of these principles is optimally effective. His diverse range of clients includes Fortune 100 companies, medium and small businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Additionally, as President of World of Work, Inc., he pioneered the World of Work Inventory, a psychometric assessment tool utilized across multiple continents including North America, Britain, Australia, and New Zealand.
