Guy Winch

Guy Winch is a licensed psychologist, author, and keynote speaker. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from New York University and has completed post-doctoral work in family systems. An advocate for integrating the science of emotional health into daily lives, workplaces, and education systems, he has delivered impactful talks including "Why We All Need to Practice Emotional First Aid," which ranks as the fourth most inspiring TED Talk on TED.com.
