She is a bold, confident, impulsive, optimistic, visionary feminist who is challenging the patriarchy and has taken up the issues of child marriage and violence against women and girls in the tribal areas of Pakistan. She promotes the principles of feminism and gender equality, to build the capacity of the adolescent girls in her community. Her work advocates to ensure equal status, rights and opportunities for all women and girls of Khyber PakhtunKhwa, Pakistan. The young women and girls cannot be silenced any more and the momentum is stirring within our bright eyed and hopeful youth.
