Hana Ben-Shabat is the founder of Gen Z Planet, a research and advisory firm focused on helping companies connect with Generation Z. With extensive experience in business strategy and consumer insights, she is recognized for her expertise in generational trends and behaviors, especially how businesses can effectively engage with the youngest generation of consumers.

Prior to founding Gen Z Planet, she was a partner at A.T. Kearney, a leading global management consulting firm, where she worked with top executives on business growth, digital transformation, and marketing strategies. She also served as a board member at the firm and previously held marketing positions at several Israeli tech companies, enhancing her understanding of global market dynamics.

Ben-Shabat is the author of "Gen Z 360: Preparing for the Inevitable Change in Culture, Work, and Commerce," which offers an in-depth analysis and actionable insights on how to prepare for the impact of Gen Z on the future of business. Her insights continue to be featured in leading media outlets such as CNBC, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Insider, AP, Forbes, Fortune, and Inc. Magazine.

Ben-Shabat holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in Political Science and Psychology.
