Born in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Hasan Piker is an American journalist, producer, activist, and ridiculously entertaining political commentator. His honesty, personality, and deep understanding of the subjects he covers makes him one of the leading political voices for millennials and Gen Z. He is known for his unique perspective on American politics, sharp analysis of trending news and culture, and ubiquitous Twitter feed.

Piker’s childhood in an increasingly authoritarian Turkey influences his desire to question authority and argue against an unjust status quo.
