Hattie Hill

Hattie Hill has over thirty years of experience as a businesswoman, professional speaker, and international management consultant. Her areas of expertise include Global Leadership, Customer Service, and Diversity and Inclusion, which she has shared with major organizations throughout North America and 51 countries, including the United States, Europe, South Africa, Australia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Hill is regularly quoted in national publications such as "The Wall Street Journal", "USA Today", and "The Dallas Morning News" on matters concerning human relations in corporate America. Her most recent book is titled "Smart Choices That Will Change Your Life".

Hill has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades. She was named one of the 2003 "25 Most Influential People in the Meeting's Industry" by Meeting News Magazine, and has been honored by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the top "Forty Under 40" business and community leaders in Dallas. "Dollars and Sense Magazine" recognized her as one of the "Best and Brightest Businesswomen" and "Successful Meetings Magazine" named her one of their "Hot 25 Speakers" in the United States. Additional accolades include the 2000 Quest for Success 'Entrepreneur of the Year', the Louise Raggio Pathfinder Award 2001, the Women's Foodservice Forum "2011 Outstanding Board Service Award", the Maura Award, the Dallas Business Journal Minority Business Leaders Award, and the Trumpet Awards "High-Heels in High Places". Ernst & Young also honored her as the recipient of the first Ernst & Young "Inclusiveness Champion of the Year".

In her continued commitment to leadership and community, Hill serves on several boards including the YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas Advisory, Society of International Business Fellows, International Women's Forum-Dallas, Legacy Bank (Women's Financial), Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Meeting Professionals International Foundation, Goizueta Business School at Emory University, and Wyndham International External Diversity Advisory. She also served as the 2011-2012 Chairperson of the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau.
