Heather Post is the President/CEO of The Heather Post Company, providing speaking and training services to corporate and public safety personnel across the nation. With a wealth of experience from over 30 years in public service, teaching, and communications, Post emphasizes the importance of adaptability and appropriate response skills in various environments.

Beginning her journey after leaving home at the age of 14, Post has faced numerous challenges which have significantly shaped her perspectives and methodologies in both personal and professional life. Today, she is recognized as an award-winning authority in body language and situational awareness. In addition to founding two successful businesses, her extensive career includes serving as a retired law enforcement officer/detective with roles in uniformed patrol, undercover operations, and criminal investigations.

Post's leadership extends into politics where she currently serves as a Volusia County, Florida, County Councilwoman. Her experiences have also led her to engage in state and local politics, including two terms as a County Commissioner and participation in numerous state and national committees on issues affecting veterans, corrections, and more. She is recognized for her expertise nationally and has been featured in media outlets such as CBS, Good Day Alabama, and FOX35Orlando, solidifying her status as an expert in her field.
