Heidi O'Neill

Heidi O'Neill is the President of Consumer and Marketplace at Nike. O’Neill is pushing the brand forward on sustainability, challenging the company to recycle, refurbish, or donate used or defective products and using wind to power its Paris flagship.

O'Neill joined NIKE in 1998, and held a variety of leadership roles, including President of NIKE Direct, where she was responsible for NIKE's connection to its consumer globally through the Company's retail and digital-commerce business. She also led NIKE's women's business for seven years, growing it into a multi-billion dollar business, and leading the Company's North America apparel business as VP/GM. O'Neill was appointed as President of Consumer and Marketplace in April 2020 and is responsible for NIKE's Direct business, including all stores, e-commerce and apps globally.

O'Neill is a also a member of Spotify's Board of Directors, which she has served on since December, 2017. Prior to Nike, O'Neill served as Marketing Director of Dockers brand at Levi Strauss & Co. O'Neill served as Vice President and Management Supervisor of Foote Cone & Belding in San Francisco. She served as a Director at Skullcandy, Inc., from August 23, 2013 to October 03, 2016. She is a recipient of the Women Who Change The Game Award, Advertising Women of New York, as well as an Advisory Board Member of the Children's Cancer Association and a Founding Board Member of the Nike School Innovation Fund. She is a founding member of the Nike Global Women's Leadership Council. She holds BS in Journalism from the University of Colorado from 1982 to 1986.
