Helen Tupper is the co-founder and CEO of Amazing If, an award-winning company with a mission to make careers better for everyone. Alongside her business partner Sarah Ellis, she co-authored two Sunday Times bestsellers, "The Squiggly Career" and "You Coach You." Their "Squiggly Careers" podcast has amassed over 4 million downloads, making it a leading resource in career development discussions. Tupper's TEDx talk "The best career path isn't always a straight line" has attracted nearly 2 million viewers, resonating with audiences globally.

In addition to her work with Amazing If, Tupper collaborates with notable organizations including Microsoft, Levi's, BBC, Danone, and Visa to enhance career support systems, focusing on skills required for success in non-linear, or 'squiggly', career paths. Tupper also serves as a Trustee for Working Families, a UK charity dedicated to helping families and carers balance work and life responsibilities.
