Holly Rollo

Holly Rollo is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at RSA, a computer and network security company. Rollo prides herself on being a mentor to young women working in the technology sector. Rollo is a passionate cybersecurity and digital risk evangelist.

As RSA's CMO, Rollo leads RSA’s marketing organization and guides its ongoing digital and branding transformations. She leads all aspects of global marketing and the RSA Conference, which attracts approximately 45,000 attendees.

Over the past 25 years, Rollo has led successful transformational initiatives that have driven growth, established global brands, and built operational scale. Rollo joined RSA from Fortinet where she served as Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior to that, she was at FireEye, where she served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing and played an instrumental role in the cybersecurity company’s explosive growth by building a scalable marketing engine, driving brand awareness, and transforming field marketing in partnership with sales.

Rollo has also served in senior marketing roles at SuccessFactors and SumTotal Systems, and marketing and strategic planning roles at Cisco, SAP, and IBM/Tivoli.

Rollo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and media studies from Santa Clara University.
