Jack Becker

Jack Becker is the Founder and CEO of Flight Level Solutions, Inc., a globally recognized human performance and organizational execution consultancy. A decorated U.S. Navy Fighter Pilot, Becker has adapted the Crew Resource Management process, a continual process improvement model, to assist pilots and other professionals in achieving peak performance. His extensive experience includes over 21,000 mishap-free carrier landings and over 2,000 hours flying supersonic fighter jets.

Becker received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with an emphasis on organizational leadership from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Following his military service, he transitioned his expertise into leadership and safety keynote speaking, focusing on sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and insurance firms. Becker's keynotes, renowned for their dynamic style, leverage action-packed lessons from fighter pilot combat missions to instill cultures of continual process improvement. This approach has notably reduced OSHA recordable mishaps by over 60% across all seven regions of GE Power and Water.

Currently residing in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his family and a golden retriever named "Captain," Jack Becker continues to lead his consultancy, Flight Level Solutions, Inc., while also serving part-time as an F/A-18 Hornet and Super Hornet instructor pilot in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
