Jack White

Jack White is a musician, songwriter, and producer best known as the frontman of the garage rock duo The White Stripes. Born John Anthony Gillis in Detroit, Michigan, White rose to fame in the early 2000s as a key figure in the resurgence of raw, minimalist rock. His unmistakable sound—a blend of blues, punk, and alternative influences—helped The White Stripes achieve international acclaim with hits like “Seven Nation Army,” “Fell in Love with a Girl,” and “Icky Thump”.

Beyond The White Stripes, White has led an eclectic and highly successful career as a solo artist and collaborator. He formed The Raconteurs in 2005 with Brendan Benson, delivering radio staples such as “Steady, As She Goes,” and co-founded the hard-hitting rock band The Dead Weather in 2009, where he took on drumming duties. As a solo artist, his albums, including "Blunderbuss," "Lazaretto," and "Fear of the Dawn," showcase his inventive style and willingness to experiment with genres, from blues rock to electronica.

White is also the founder of Third Man Records, a record label and vinyl pressing plant based in Nashville, Tennessee. The label has become a cultural hub, championing vinyl records and producing work for a wide variety of artists, both new and established. His dedication to preserving analog recording techniques and vinyl production has earned him recognition as a pioneer in modern music preservation.
