Jacob Pace is the founder and CEO of Pace, a digital transformation agency and venture studio. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Flighthouse, a leading Gen Z media brand with more than 28 million TikTok followers.
Pace began his journey in the digital world at the age of 14 when he started a YouTube channel to promote music he was producing. Soon after high school graduation, he was recruited by Create Music Group to spearhead business development. There, Pace led the acquisition of media brand Flighthouse, a short-form digital content studio he himself founded. Flighthouse operates as a new age MTV, featuring interviews, skits, and segments with top influencers. Notably, it has partnered with brands such as American Eagle, Hollister, and Crocs, and has assisted record labels and songwriters in promoting their songs to the top of the Billboard charts.
Pace went on to become the Chief Strategy Officer at Pearpop, a creator marketplace, prior to founding his eponymous company. He has been recognized by Forbes on their 30 Under 30 list and as a Rolling Stone Future 25.
