Jaime Leal

Jaime Leal is a positivist psychologist, certified coach, and master practitioner of neurolinguistic programming from the Mexican National Center of PNL Mexico and the NLP & Coaching Institute of California, Salt Lake City, USA. He holds a degree in marketing and advertising with a mention in innovation and international business from the University Tec Milenio.

As the Director of the Emotional Paycheck Institute of Canada, an institute specializing in emotional payment for students in 19 countries, Leal has been instrumental in advancing the field of emotional well-being and personal development.

His passion for empowering others extends beyond the classroom, as he has served as an instructor in the emerging leadership program of the Center for the Development of Indigenous Peoples in Mexico. Moreover, Leal has contributed globally by serving as a facilitator and de-briefer of Dialogue in the Dark in Hamburg, Germany, promoting empathy and understanding.

With a diverse skill set, Leal is a Harvard-certified negotiator through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, he has served as a mentor of the MindSonar program of the Institute of Eclectic Psychology of the Netherlands in more than fifteen countries.

Leal's commitment to humanitarian work earned him recognition as an exemplary citizen for his role as a mediator and facilitator in humanitarian rescue missions, notably in Haiti in 2010.
