Jake Delhomme

Jake Delhomme is an inspirational former football quarterback who began his professional career as a free agent with the New Orleans Saints in 1997. He later became a key player for the Carolina Panthers from 2003 to 2009, leading them to three playoff appearances and an NFC championship in his first season.
