Jane Swift

Former Massachusetts Governor Jane Swift is an accomplished leader with a rich background in both public and private sectors, extensively recognized for her commitment to education policy and women's leadership. For over three decades, she has championed the transformative power of education and actively engaged in various leadership roles across public, private, political, and non-profit domains.

Swift currently serves as the Executive Chair of Ultimate Medical Academy, a nationally accredited institution dedicated to training adult workers for careers in allied health. Her involvement extends to serving on the boards of Suburban Propane, a publicly traded propane marketing company, and API, a privately held international study abroad company. Swift also contributes her expertise to the advisory board for the School of Leadership Afghanistan (SOLA), the first girls boarding school in Afghanistan, and is a member of Oxfam’s Sisters on the Planet Ambassadors.
