Dr. Jason Huang is a preeminent materials scientist expert in advanced conductors and composite materials science with over a decade of experience in the field. He is solving one of the greatest challenges of our time — modernizing the century-old technology still used in our electrical grid. As cofounder and CEO of TS Conductor, he is accelerating the adoption of next-generation advanced conductors that enable utilities to double or triple transmission capacity while cutting costs for customers.
Dr. Huang's career spans senior leadership positions at companies like CTC Global, BAE Systems, Owens Corning, and Solvay, as well as work with prestigious organizations such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and on critical defense aircraft projects.
He holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering and an MBA from The Ohio State University, as well as an MS in Materials Science from UCLA.
