Jay Rifenbary

Jay Rifenbary, a Saratoga Springs, NY resident, is president of Rifenbary Training & Development, and author of the International Best-Seller, "No Excuse! - Incorporating Core Values, Accountability and Balance into Your Life and Career", awarded "Book of the Year" by the North American Book Dealers Exchange.

For over 18 years, Jay Rifenbary has served as a professional speaker, trainer, and consultant. He specializes in personal development, leadership, and communication training, delivering his expertise to organizations, associations, and educational institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia. His focus includes empowering businesses to navigate change, transform mindsets, and turn impossibilities into realities, a philosophy that drives growth and ambition within the corporate landscape.

Jay received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, with a concentration in Nuclear Physics. His diverse background as a former qualified Airborne/Ranger, Military Commander, Sales Professional, Corporate Manager, and Entrepreneur equips him with the unique interpersonal skills and business experience necessary for each of his training and speaking engagements.

Within his community, Jay is Vice President of the Saratoga Springs City School District Board of Education, serves on the Board of Directors for the Saratoga Springs YMCA and Patriot Hills of New York, is a member of the 20th Congressional District Service Academy Selection Committee, and is a columnist for the Saratogian. He and his wife, Noni, have two children, Nicole, aged 27, and Jared, aged 23.
