Jeff Bogan is head of the Institutional Group at Lending Club, responsible for platform funding, bank partnerships and corporate development. Before joining Lending Club, Bogan was at Morgan Stanley, where he advised financial services and technology companies. He has extensive transactional experience in managing and structuring capital raises, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. His prior experience includes similar roles at Greenhill & Co. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Bogan holds a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
