Jeffery Tobias Halter is a Consultant, Author, and Gender Strategist, and the President of YWomen, a strategic consulting company dedicated to engaging men in women’s leadership advancement. YWomen focuses on driving actionable business plans and strategies to help organizations create Integrated Women’s Leadership Strategies. He is the former Director of Diversity Strategy for The Coca-Cola Company and has over 30 years of corporate experience, impacting various industries such as consumer package goods, retail, food service, and hospitality.

Jeffery is a two-time TEDx speaker and the author of two books, "WHY WOMEN, The Leadership Imperative to Advancing Women and Engaging Men" and "Selling to Men, Selling to Women." His notable clients have expanded to include major companies such as McDonald's, Deloitte, GE, Mercedes-Benz, American Express, and Kimberly-Clark, in addition to IBM, Amazon, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Jeffery's expertise in keynote speaking covers diversity, equity & inclusion, and gender issues with dynamic and engaging presentations.
