Jeffrey Dick Biography
Jeffrey Dick is a chemist with a passion for education and public outreach who currently leads the Dick Research Group at Purdue University, a group of chemists interested in the applications of electrochemistry to nanotechnology and complex biological and environmental systems. He serves as the Richard B. Wetherill Associate Professor of Chemistry at Purdue and previously held an assistant professor position at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
In 2019, Dr. Dick was named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 list in Science, and he received an NSF Career Award in 2021. Dr. Dick earned his B.S. from Ball State University in chemistry and his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
