Jen Fry

Jen Fry is the CEO of JenFryTalks, an organizational change firm that sits at the intersection of conflict and culture. It specializes in transforming organizational dynamics by addressing how conflict and culture shape leadership and overall business outcomes.

The firm works with leaders and teams to navigate and resolve conflicts that arise from differences, promoting an environment where diverse perspectives are harnessed as a source of innovation and growth. By combining cutting-edge leadership strategies with a deep understanding of humans and trauma, Fry helps organizations build resilient, adaptive leadership models that thrive in today’s complex world. Through facilitating conversation, skill-building, tailored coaching, workshops, and strategic advisory services, the team members understand how to engage, speak, listen, hear, interpret, and respond constructively, making them and their teams more likely to leverage conflict rather than be leveled by it. She received her PhD in Sports Geography from Michigan State University.

Fry is a veteran coach with over 15 years of experience at the collegiate level, having coaching stints at Elon University, University of Illinois - 2011 National Runner-up, Washington State University, and Norfolk State University. She has had over 200 speaking engagements with organizations such as consulted with the NCAA, NIH, DevaCurl, Yale, SEC, SHRM SPHR & SHRMS-CP, NCAA Inclusion Forum, American Volleyball Coaches Association, Moraine Park Technical College, NFHCA, WBCA, WE LEAD, Harvard, Texas Tech, IWLCA, RIT, NCATA, N4A, Black Student-Athlete Summit, Durham County Sheriffs, Western Michigan University, East Carolina University, and more. Fry completed her first TedxDuke talk titled “Radical Social Justice Education Through High Fives." Lastly, her book "Kind Asshole: How to Have Boundaries and a Backbone Without Being A Jerk" is set to release in late 2025.
