Jenny Schatzle

Even at an early age in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Jenny Schatzle was a force of nature. After moving to Santa Barbara, Schatzle discovered her calling as a trainer, but she wasn’t living a healthy life herself. After years not living to her fullest potential, she dedicated herself to a new lifestyle: one focused not on the scale, or the speed, or the energy, but rather focused on building a community that strives to be the best version of themselves and truly loves who they are in all areas of their lives. She created the Jenny Schatzle Program to help individuals who struggled as she did; she aims to help people through their addictions, body issues, and toxic repetitive cycles.

Schatzle's passion extends beyond fitness to encompass broader issues of body image, self-worth, and the power of the inner voice. Her ambition is teaching women to live the life they want, not the life they think they should. As an author, mother of twins, speaker, and business owner, Schatzle has reached many through her book "Breaking the Cycle," which addresses the root of many toxic cycles and offers advice on overcoming them. Schatzle is a recovered alcoholic, using her platform to help destigmatize substance abuse while encouraging others during their own battles with addiction.

Schatzle is not just a motivational and relatable figure but also a recognized leader, having been named the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) female business owner of the year. Her speaking engagements, including notable presentations at TEDxOaksChristianSchool, have made her a sought-after speaker for organizations such as Sonos and the American Heart Association, where she focuses on wellness, self-care, and realistic goal setting. Schatzle also offers online programs like "21 days of awareness, acceptance, and action" and conducts workshops in Santa Barbara, addressing themes such as body image, food, and confidence. Her media appearances continue to bolster her profile as an engaging and motivational speaker, committed to changing the conversation around personal wellness and self-acceptance.
