Jessica Beeson Tocco, President of Shepherd Strategies, recently retired as the Chief Executive Officer of A10 Associates, the nation’s largest woman-owned lobbying firm. The firm was a truly bipartisan powerhouse, navigating complex political landscapes with expertise and finesse. A10 Associates is the largest bi-partisan and multistate firm in the United States, operating in 36 states and delivering results for clients at the state, federal and local levels. In order to maintain authentic, national bi-partisanship, A10 Associates focused on policy versus politics and focuses only on issues including transportation and infrastructure, technology, workforce development, healthcare, and community issues.
