Jez Rose is a Behavior Insight Advisor with 20 years of experience. Known for his memorable, credible content and ability to engage audiences, Rose applies behavioral psychology to enhance sales, reduce attrition, and foster innovation across various people-led topics. He has delivered keynote speeches and workshops in over 320 cities across 68 countries, engaging audiences through his dynamic presentation style that combines humor, clarity, and profound insights on human behavior.

A passion for understanding the impact of nature on human health, wellbeing, and behavior led him to purchase a decommissioned farm in England. This farm became the world’s first certified Carbon Neutral honey farm, dedicated to rearing and reintroducing the native British honeybee. The farm has evolved into an award-winning and certified organic site where much of his groundbreaking research was conducted.

Recognized as one of the leading global keynote speakers, Rose spends his time between England and the USA and has worked with more than 800 clients worldwide, including notable companies such as Merck, Audi, Marriott, and Capital One. He helps engage, inspire, and train teams, providing valuable insights into why we do the things we do and how to change behaviors for the better. Rose is also an Organizational Behavior & Culture Advisor to the Fortune 100, consulting on leadership, cultural engagement, and driving innovation.

Rose has authored six books, including two for children, and hundreds of articles for prominent publications such as CNN.com, The Daily Telegraph, and The Independent. His book "Flip the Switch" was published by Capstone/Wiley, spent two weeks on the WHSmith Top 10 Best Seller List, and won the Beverly Hills Book Award. His forthcoming book, "Leading Change," is set to release in November 2024.

An experienced broadcaster, Rose has presented television for channels like BBC, ITV, Discovery, and QVC. He hosted his own show for ITV1, co-hosted on BBC1, and appeared as a special guest on ITV1 and QVC. He now creates engaging online content and frequently collaborates on international media campaigns for brands such as TK Maxx, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Volkswagen, and Philips. Additionally, Rose hosts the "Roots, Wings & Other Things" podcast, listed by The Sunday Times as one of the top five gardening podcasts.
