Jim Dethmer

Jim Dethmer is the co-founder of The Conscious Leadership Group and has been practicing and teaching conscious leadership for over 45 years. He has addressed tens of thousands of people as a keynote speaker on topics including Business Ethics, Change, Ethics, and Leadership. He coaches leaders and supports individuals, groups, and organizations to optimize their effectiveness, particularly focusing on creating leaders and organizations based on trust, curiosity, and learning. His experience includes coaching CEOs of Fortune 500 and Fortune 200 companies, helping to transform their professional lives and company cultures. Dethmer has worked with over 200 organizations across various industries.

He is the co-author of "The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership: A New Paradigm for Sustainable Success" and "High Performing Investment Teams," which supports his work with leading asset management organizations. These publications reflect his extensive expertise and ongoing commitment to the field of leadership.

Outside of his professional life, Dethmer enjoys spending time in Northern Michigan, where he plays golf with his wife Debbie and enjoys the company of their six children and three grandchildren. This setting provides a balance of personal and professional fulfillment, contributing to his holistic approach to leadership and life.
