With a career spanning over three decades in corporate leadership that includes roles in FORTUNE 500 companies and privately-held entities, Huling has vast experience, notably over a decade as CEO of a company recognized multiple times as one of the "25 Best Companies to Work for in America." As a CEO, he was an early adopter of The 4 Disciplines of Execution, applying it effectively throughout his organization for nearly five years to drive performance.

Currently, Huling serves as the Managing Consultant for FranklinCovey’s 4 Disciplines of Execution, overseeing its methodology, teaching methods, and quality of delivery globally. He has led significant 4DX implementations for notable clients such as "Marriott Hotels," "Kroger," "Ritz-Carlton," and various large hospitals, earning accolades for his impactful keynote speaking and extensive engagement sessions.

Jim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and a B.M in Music from Birmingham-Southern College. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys an active personal life, being a dedicated family man and engaging in hobbies such as backpacking and practicing martial arts.
