Jim Madrid is the founder of Madrid Partners, LLC and the CEO and founder of Advance Sports Technology, Inc. He is the author of an Amazon 5-Star best seller of "Get Over It and Get On With It". He started his career at a young age of 15, working as a shoe stocker at Nordstrom in Seattle. Despite his modest start, Jim always held on to the belief that "Anything Is Possible", a principle that has driven him to become a globally recognized educator today. Jim was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic and lung cancer.
