Jim Ryan

Motivational speaker and author, Jim Ryan, has consistently pursued his interest in supporting and educating others. After attaining his Masters in Guidance and Counseling, he expanded his teaching skills as a French and Italian instructor. His broad appreciation for community engagement also led him into the business sector as a financial planner and later into volunteering, where he taught personal development courses at local prisons and a half-way house for women.

Jim has delivered talks on a range of topics including "Eight Characteristics of Happy People" and his signature keynote, "Managing Thought the Key to Success in Business and In Life." His presentations, which often begin with a self-deprecating story and a guitar performance, emphasize living in the present moment, increasing self-awareness, and transforming negative thoughts into empowering ones.
