Jodie Sweetin

Jodie Sweetin, an actress, producer, host, author, and activist, is well-known for her role as Stephanie Tanner on the ABC sitcom "Full House" and its subsequent Netflix sequel series "Fuller House." Recently, she starred in and executive produced a project for the Hallmark Channel titled "The Jane Mysteries: Inheritance Lost."

In addition to her work in television series, Sweetin has a robust presence in holiday films. She starred in the films "Merry Swissmas" on Lifetime and "A Cozy Christmas Inn" on the Hallmark Channel, along with other Hallmark Channel holiday movies, including "Finding Santa," "Entertaining Christmas," "Love Under the Rainbow," and "Merry & Bright." Sweetin also took on the roles of co-executive producer and star in the rom-com films "Just Swipe" and "Craft Me a Romance." In 2022, she was a contestant on CBS's "Beyond the Edge" and Food Network's "Worst Cooks in America: That's So'90s." She also competed on FOX's "Name That Tune" and "Dancing with the Stars," finishing in sixth place during season 22. Her résumé further includes hosting the second season of the Fuse dance competition show "Pants-Off Dance-Off" and starring in the unscripted docu-comedy series "Hollywood Darlings."

Sweetin also hosts a popular parenting podcast titled "Never Thought I'd Say This" and has authored a memoir called "unSweetined," which chronicles her struggles with alcohol and drug abuse. She has used her platform to advocate for recovery from addiction. As an activist, Sweetin has shown her dedication to a range of issues, including women's issues, BIPOC support, AAPI violence prevention and awareness, climate change, the unhoused populations, LGBTQ+ equality, and progressive financial policies. She has also expressed support for the Black Lives Matter movement and has been active with Refuse Fascism.

In recognition of her acting career, Sweetin was awarded the Young Artist Award for Outstanding Young Comedienne in a Television Series for her role in "Full House." She has received several other Young Artist Award nominations and a TV Land Award nomination. Sweetin, a mother of two teenage girls, remains active in the entertainment world, often appearing as a guest co-host on "The Talk" and E!'s "Daily Pop." She also performs stand-up comedy at famous comedy clubs in Los Angeles and hosts "Family Dinner with Jodie Sweetin" monthly at The Comedy Store, which features various comedians playing games and exchanging personal stories over a meal.
