Joe Justice

Joe Justice has expanded the application of Agile methodologies globally, serving as an interim executive for several agile organizations. His extensive experience includes implementing Agile in over 20 countries and teaching Scrum practices at major corporations such as Tesla, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Boeing, Toyota, Rakuten, and Mercari.

Justice's foundational work in mechanical engineering inspired him to establish WIKISPEED Inc., a prototyping and automotive manufacturing company operating in 23 countries. His leadership has not only advanced agility in the hardware sector but also secured his company's recognition by the Forbes Billionaire Club as a "Company to watch." Additionally, his innovative contributions led to the creation of Scrum@Hardware, highlighted in a Discovery Channel mini-documentary. This initiative was developed in collaboration with Dr. Jeff Sutherland, co-creator of Scrum.
