John Mcguire

Former U.S. Navy SEAL and owner of SEAL Team Physical Training, John McGuire, integrates the principles of teamwork and leadership into every aspect of his life and career. Using his personal experiences, including a challenging childhood of being abandoned at age 5 and navigating through foster care, McGuire conveys powerful lessons in his presentations.

Throughout his youth, after being left on a street corner in Richmond and moving through various foster homes, McGuire attended nine different elementary schools. However, he remained focused and driven, eventually setting his sights on a military career. This determination led him to the U.S. Navy, where he excelled and served for 10 years as a SEAL and Sniper Instructor.
