Jon Wolske

Jon Wolske has been a culture evangelist and featured keynote speaker at over 300 events worldwide. He first engaged with customer service during his initial job at a family-run popcorn stand in Ocean City, Maryland. This early experience sparked a lasting interest in service and branding. His professional journey took a significant turn when he joined Zappos.com, where he learned about creating a culture of service and its impact on branding. His role at Zappos evolved from working in the Customer Loyalty Team to becoming the company’s first full-time Tours Lead, and later a Culture Evangelist for Zappos Insights.

Wolske has addressed diverse audiences across the globe, from Henderson to Helsinki and Jacksonville to Japan, speaking at various venues including corporate meetings and conferences for major companies such as Microsoft, Humana, Bath & Body Works, Aetna, Merck, Samsung Electronics, Eli Lilly, and AOL. His ability to tailor presentations to suit the specific needs of his audience has made him a sought-after speaker in the industry.

Currently, Wolske is writing his first book, "CYA: Changing Your Approach," which focuses on five key areas for making lasting change in an organization. He continues to inspire change through his presentations on topics like "Changing Your Approach" and "Culture & Branding... What's Your Story?", using Zappos as a case study. His TEDx talk, "Being Intentional About Your Culture," has further established him as a thought leader in the field of organizational culture and branding.
