Jonah Stillman

Jonah Stillman is co-founder of Gen Z Guru, a best-selling author, and a speaker recognized as the youngest Gen Z expert on the speaking circuit. Growing up, he was inspired by his father, David Stillman, a noted voice on generational differences. Together, they have conducted insightful national studies, including one of the first surveys on Generation Z's attitudes towards the workplace. These studies provide valuable insights into the emerging characteristics and needs of Generation Z in the workforce.

Stillman, who chose to forgo college to enter the workforce directly, co-founded Gen Z Guru with his father. As a member of Generation Z himself, born after 1997, he offers unique perspectives based on thorough research, including national surveys and interviews with CEOs. Their work is highlighted in the book "Gen Z @ Work: How the Next Generation Is Transforming the Workplace," which Jonah co-authored with his father.
