Jordyn Huitema

Jordyn Huitema is a professional soccer player from Canada and currently represents the Seattle Reign FC in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). She has also played for Paris Saint-Germain in France's Division 1 Féminine, as well as TSS FC Rovers in the Women's Premier Soccer League. Huitema's early initiation into professional sports is noteworthy; she made her senior national team debut at the age of 15 and netted her first international goal just a year later.

Throughout her career, Huitema has competed in prestigious tournaments such as the FIFA Women's World Cup in France, where she represented the Canadian squad in 2019. She has also been part of the Canadian team that won the gold medal in women's soccer at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Huitema has made significant individual contributions, scoring twice in a crucial 3–1 win over Costa Rica in the 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship, and leading the 2020 CONCACAF Women's Olympic Qualifying Championship in scoring with seven goals.

In terms of recognition, Huitema was named the Canada U-17 Female Player of the Year in 2017 and has made 83 appearances for the Canadian national team, tallying 21 goals. She also scored her first goal for Seattle Reign FC in the final of "The Women's Cup" in 2022, marking another significant milestone in her career. Despite her young age, Huitema has proven herself to be a highly accomplished athlete, and one of Canada's biggest stars in the world of soccer.
