Joséphine Jobert is an accomplished actress from the long-running BBC 1 series Death in Paradise, which is shown in the U.S. on PBS. Born in 1985, she has had a consistent run of successes on television shows, first in France including:
Saint-Ex, nos anness pension (2008-2009) Foudre (Lightning), as lead character Alice Watson (2007-2011) Sous le soleil de Sant-Tropez (2013-14) Cut (2013-15)
She received her first English language role in the U.K. 2015: Death in Paradise (2015-Present)
She is set to star in a UK spy thriller in 2019 entitled Division 9
Joséphine Jobert was raised in France as well as for a decade in Montreal as a youth and went to acting schools in Canada and France. She has filmed series around the world, including Australia, England France, Guadeloupe, Martinique, New Caledonia and Reunion. She has other projects in the works in the U.S. and abroad.
