From 2021 to 2024, Flagg was with Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills before joining Compass Inc. at the invitation of CEO Robert Reffkin. Now an agent at Compass’s top-ranked Beverly Hills office, he is part of the nation’s #1 real estate firm for three consecutive years.
Flagg has set multiple real estate records, including the highest sale in Brentwood Park’s history and the most expensive land transactions in Beverly Hills. Notably, he sold the largest parcel in the Flats of Beverly Hills for nearly $40 million. He has represented prestigious estates, including Merv Griffin’s Beverly Hills estate, the Dorothy Chandler Estate, and Owlwood, listed at $120 million. Flagg has also handled sales for high-profile clients such as Adam Levine, Steve Aoki, Shonda Rhimes, Tom Ford, the Getty and DeBartolo families, and Universal Publishing CEO Jody Gerson.
In 2009, according to Forbes, Flagg had sold over $1 billion worth of property during his career. By 2023, this number had surpassed $3 billion.
In 2006, Flagg was picked to star in the reality TV series "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" when he was 21 years old. He is the longest-serving cast member on both the show and the entire Bravo network.
Flagg is also recognized as the co-founder of Estate Media, the first personality driven real estate media company, which is leading the way in digital real estate entertainment and education.
Flagg serves on the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Museum of The Holocaust, and the Los Angeles Jewish Home. In 2016, he co-chaired the "Rock for Research" event for Cedars-Sinai. He serves on the board of the Temple of the Arts. In 2024, he hosted donors in his home for the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles.
