Joss Favela is an award-winning recording artist and songwriter in Mexican Regional traditions and pop. Favela first performed on Televisia's Código Fama when he was 13 years old. He has won two ASCAP awards and was the youngest person ever to win the Composer of the Year award. Favela has been nominated for several Latin Grammys and was nominated for Best Regional Mexican Music Album at the 2017 Grammys. In 2019, he was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Music.
