Judah Pollack

Judah Pollack is an author, executive coach, and lecturer. He specializes in the art of leadership, the science of innovation, and complex adaptive systems in a rapidly changing world. He has co-authored "The Chaos Imperative: How Chance and Disruption Increase Innovation, Effectiveness, and Success" and "The Net and the Butterfly: The Art and Practice of Breakthrough Thinking." Pollack's diverse interests and expertise have led him to work with various high-profile clients including the US Army Special Forces, Airbnb, IDEO.org, and The North Face, as well as executives at ExxonMobil.

He has lectured at institutions such as Stanford, the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and Google, among others. Pollack is also known for his work with LucasFilm and The Howard Hughes Medical Institute. His talks at TEDx events, such as "How to Return Home: The Buddha on the Battlefield" at TEDxRockCreekPark and "In Defence of the Liberal Arts" at TEDxWhitehorse, have been well received.
