Juliet U. Okafor, JD, is the CEO and Founder of RevolutionCyber, a security culture-as-a-service firm. She is an attorney and Cybersecurity Executive who has combined her knowledge of legal and business operations, marketing, sales, and communications to provide scalable, measurable solutions for global security programs supporting enterprises undergoing rapid digital transformation. Furthermore, she is an innovator of the Mindshare Model, a method she developed to create effective cybersecurity solutions.

With a wealth of experience in executive business and legal realms, Okafor is well-versed in producing demonstrated success for high-growth, mid-sized, and Fortune 500 companies. Her ability to scope, plan, and design the creation of an OT Cybersecurity Management System framework for one of the largest cruise lines in the world attests to her commitment, leadership, and specialization in creating cybersecurity solutions.

Okafor is not only technically proficient, but she also prioritizes diversity and inclusion advocacy, making her a champion for building security cultures that resonate. She is uniquely capable of building cross-functional teams to solve new and emerging problems, be it shifting left in DevSecOps, embedding security into business units, or shifting the mindset before, during, and after a crisis – using a combination of people, transforming operations, and an array of emerging security technology.

A graduate of UMass-Amherst with a B.A. in Communication, she holds an M.A. in Public Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University and received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University—Beasley School of Law.
